Christmas been and Gone

I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas.

We did it was such a good day. Brianna got up before the sun came up but not as early as last year, lst year she woke up at about 2am - 3am and wouldn't go back to sleep. They opened all there Santa presenta and were impressed with her haul. Then we had breakfast got dressed, then it was back to opening the rest of the presents they had a ball made a huge mess and enjoyed all there new thing they were definatley spoilt. We had a early lunch as mum had to go to work and then we spent the afternoon relaxing and the girls played with there new stuff. I also had a little nap I was exhausted lol. We got an easrly evening storm which cooled it off a bit too so that was lovely, and Brianna crashed out pretty early too WOOHOO. So a great day is was.

Merry Christmas

Well it is Christmas eve Santa is almost here and the girls are really excited especially Brianna, Emmy is more excited about opening presents not Santa. She doesn't like Santa lol.

This afternoon she said "When Santa comes he has to stay outside mummy Santa not coming in the house" ROFL I couldn't help but laugh.

We pretty much have everything ready for tommorow did a bit of last minute grocery shopping this morning , In town was just crazy. My sister and I have made the salads and stuff for Christmas lunch . Now all that is really left to do is feed the kids and try get them to go to sleep early I can't see that happening very easy lol. Then i can finish wrapping the last few presents and put them under the tree.

Well every Christmas Eve SANTA comes around the streets of our town in the fire truck spraying the kids with water and throwing out lollies for them the kids down. This year we got drenched lol Emmy hated it and held on for dear life Brianna loved it.

Well it is HOT HOT HOT here you can definately tell summer is on it's way. It's been pretty quite here lately not been up to much at all. Emmy's Birthday is in a few weeks have everything ready for that just have to order her some sand for her sandpit then i am done. She is getting spoilt for her Birthday but she deserves it. All kids should be spoilt on there Birthday lol.

I have a school reunion on Saturday 10years since i finished Year 12, that went really fast. I am looking forward to it but also nervous as hell. It will be the first time i have been out by myself since i had the girls so really i am quite scared. But i am going and I AM going to enjoy myself. I bought myself a dress and some new shoes. I don't usually wear dresses i'm more of a pants girl lol. But hey gotta look girly once in a while hehe.

National Scrapbooking Day

Well the last few days i have been downloading freebies like crazy lol, I still am. There are so many freebies and massives sales around because of NSD and while i can't really afford to buy any kits i have certainly been taking advantage of all the freebies and can't wait to start using them. There are so many talented ladies out there.

Well i haven't been doing to much lately it's been really quite and uneventful here. Brianna had her Soccer Presentation last week. All her team got a trophy and certificate, she was so proud and very excited she had a wonderful day and can't wait for soccer to start up again next year. And we are still waiting for it to rain it is so dry here our tanks are just about empty well one is empty and the other is almost empty so tomorrow while we are in town we will have to go order some water to be delivered in the next day or 2. And just keep our fingers crossed that it rains really soon.

Nice & Quite

Well it is really Quite here ATM Brianna is at school, mum is at work and Emmy is fast asleep on the couch, won't last for long so will enjoy it while it lasts.It hasn't relly rained yet Just a light drizzle so far today, not enough to put some water in the tanks, but we will have a green lawn lol. Please Rain

Well i'm sitting here waiting for it to rain it's ment too but hasn't started yet. We really need it at the moment as well, our Rainwater tanks are almost empty and if it doesn't rain we will have to buy water very soon. So keeping my fingers crossed.

The trip to the beach was great, we spent 4 days there. It was so relaxing and the girls had a great time playing down at the beach everyday. The first few days were really windy but that didn't stop us. But when the wind stopped it was absolutely lovely. We stayed on the beach front and it is just lovely going to sleep and waking up listening to the waves, and the girls were so exhausted by the end of the day they went to bed early and slept really well.

I got some fantastic photos of Brianna & Emmy (well to me anyway lol). And have scrapped a few as well. Here a a few of my favourite photos I took of the girls. I will add some scrap pages tomorrow, I am really tired so i am off to watch hero's on the T.V. then off to bed.

Oops

Well didn't i fell like the worst mother this morning. Yesterday Brianna lost another tooth, so we got her pretty little pink bag put her tooth in it and under the pillow it went. Well this morning she woke up in tears the tooth fairy hadn't been, OH MY I felt so so bad I had totally forgotten by late last night. So into fix it mode i went. Saying i'm sure she didn't forget.( Brianna is sleeping out in the loungeroom at the moment and my sister is in her room so I used this to my Advantage.)

So the story went as i sneakily was grabbing $5 out of my purse, Maybe the tooth fairy left it in your room as mummy and Grandma were up late watching TV. She must have come early and as she didn't want to be seen left it under Aunty Kimmy's Pillow instead. So i snuck the money under Kimmy's pillow and all ended up ok the tears dried up and she spent her $5 dollars at the shops today. She got herself a dolphin windchime a fairy pen and some little diamonte stickers. So now all is better tho i do still be a bit bad about it.

Tomorrow the girls and i are off to the beach for a few days to stay with the ex inlaws. Can't wait to get there so I can relax take lots of photos and scrap. And the girls just love the beach and spending time with Nanny, Grandad and Aunty Caity.

It's the last day of school for Brianna today she is really looking forward to 2 weeks of holidays, not sure if I am tho. Will have to keep the girls busy no idea how or what to do yet. My sister Kimmy is here for the holidays as well the girls will be following her everywhere and driving her crazy lol so that will keep them amused some of the time.

My first Post

Well i've decided to finally sart my own blog took me long enough i've been thinking of doing it for ages but just kept putting it off. I wanted somwhere to put my scrapbooking pages i have been doing and to just talk crap really and bore everyone. Now to just work out how to do it all lol.
