Well today Brianna has started to learn her first musical instrument, THE SAXOPHONE.

She was so excited this morning, she got all her music stuff into her bag and we had no problems getting ready for school this morning. Well we get to school and what did she forget her music book the silly goose.

Just after lunch she had her first lesson and after she got over her nerves she did pretty good, she is already playing hot cross buns.(i'm sure i will hate it soon enough lol). She did 40 minutes of practice already this afternoon and has already broken her first reed.

So it's been pretty loud here might have to invest in some earplugs lol.

Now just to tell her when she wakes up early not to start playing her saxophone.

I am so exhausted this week. Last week was so busy and i have still not recovered. I had sick kids, school, soccer, exercising, Toy sale at Target Tuckshop Duty, Party Organisizing then the Party (20 five yr olds is very tiring lol.) Then the Multicultural festival which was great fun too.Plus every night Emmy was up all night with her asthma.

I got the last toys I wanted from target that i couldn't get from the BigW and Kmart toy Sales, I got Brianna a ripstick Emmy her Leappad reading system and a Portable DVD Player for both of them to share, and of course my cheeky little Emmy along with my sister Threw in a Dora Castle and Some Hannah Montanna stuff for Brianna. My sister went home yesterday and the kids already miss her (me too) Now i have to cook dinner again ROFL.

So hopefully this week is slower and not so tiring and maybe I can get some scrapping done I haven't had much spare time for it lately.

The weightloss is going great I have now lost 7.3kg almost half way. I am feeling great, my clothes are getting looser and people have started noticing which always makes you feel great. I am enjoying exercise now too (something I never thought i'd say lol), Have been doing lots of walking and still using the exercise equipment in town. It also gives me a bit of me time without any kids which is good, Gotta enjoy me time.

Have been so busy lately just doing the usual mummy stuff there always seems to be something going on, and all my exercise too. We have just finished 2 weeks of school holidays 4 days we spent down at the beach which was fantastic I always love going there, so easy to relax. Brianna has also had her sports day at school and got age champion again this year So proud of her.

She also just had the smalls schools sports carnival and got a first and second in her races. It was a bloody freezing day too and really windy and of course I ended up with a damn Cold Sore.

Yesterday my sister went and saw the latest Harry Potter Movie It was fantastic I really enjoyed it and the 3 hours went really Quick, I only jump once not because it was scarey tho cause it was really bloody loud lol, I can't wait to see the next one.

Well I had my first weigh in this week and i wasn't really expecting much at all. So hopped on the scales a JC expecting to be the same or have put on some but i was 72kgs So i had Lost 1.5kg in the first week. WOOHOO. I was so shocked. I have been sticking to the menu and staying strong for almost 2 weeks now, haven't caved once yet, and honestly it has been easier than i thought it would be. Still having trouble adjusting to the increase in food but i will get there. I have also increased my exercise this week. I have been to the showgrounds in town and used there exercise equipment there 3 time this week, Am a bit sore at the moment LOL, but will get back into again next week as well.

Second weigh in will be on Monday and am hoping to have lost another Kilo for the week.

Yes it's Wednesday lol

So i have finally decided to lose that extra weight I gained since having Emily. So on Monday I went to Jenny Craig so that was the the first hurdle and one of the hardest out of the way, Got all the information It was fantastic. I wasn't looking forward to be weighed that was a bit scary. I thought i would be 80+kgs, so I hopped on the scales and i was 73.5 woohoo. Not as much to lose now. Anyway my goal weight is 53kg. So in total i have 20.5kg to lose and i am so looking forward to it, I want to get back to the old me with a few extras thrown in.

I am on day 2 of my diet and i think i am doing well, It's a little bit hard especially yesterday smelling hot pies up the street, from my favourite bakery, mum bought a hot chook which made the car smell delicous lol, and then made yummy biscuits when we got home, all was so tempting but i stayed strong. I am so not used to eating so much food tho and I was feeling a bit sick by the end of the day, but i know i will get used to it and the end result will be worth it.

Anyway enough of that for now

I love twilight I have read the books 3 times each now and know I will read them many more times. The DVD is coming out on the 22nd April here in Australia so not long till I can finally watch the movie. I have already pre-ordered it and can't wait to watch it. Well anyway there is a Challenge on at SBF on Robert Pattinson (Edward from Twilight) so i did a couple of LO's for it.

One of our CT members at the resort "katlinsmommy" is going through a difficult time at the moment her gorgeous daughter Katie was diagnosed with brain cancer last August so us girls at the resort did some LO's for her of her gorgeous little girl.

My New Baby

Well I finally did it I bought myself a car. After about 2 years of being without wheels I did it.

It was all pretty unplanned last Friday(the 13th too). I was driving a friend to Bundy in her car to pick up her glasses from the optometrist, and for her to go to medicare as well, her hubby tagging along. Anyway her hubby decided to show me the car yard he had been telling me about and I just happened to see a car I like in my price range and it was in really good condition so I bought it.

I couldn't believe it I wasn't even looking for a car yet wasn't planning to untill about July, so it's all come about pretty quick. The girls love it too and are over the moon that mummy has a new car. Today I went into town to change my licence over to the right state who would have thought it would such a pain in the arse and i would need Western Australias permission to so it. So after that was done I got my Road Maintainence and My insurance done so now i am free to drive anywhere i like and not have to rely on others to take me anyhere.

Well I am offically 28 now(oh dear i am getting old LOL), It was my Birthday last Wednesday. I had a great day. I got a beautiful necklace off my mum, Brianna bought me a DVD and the Twilight CD, Emmy got me a mug and filled it with Easter Eggs. And i also got a few other things.

So for my Birthday My friend Kelly, Emmy and I went out for the day shopping and then had Chinese for Lunch mmmmmmm I love Chinese. So all in all in was a wonderful day.

Well Brisbane was fantastic We had such a great time and the PH mass meet was so much Fun. It was brilliant to meet all of those wonderful mummies would have been great to spend more time there.

Friday Kimmy and the girls and I went to Alma Park Zoo, we really enjoyed It. Emmy just loved the turtles and constantly wanted to go back and look at them. Friday night we ended up going to the PH Barbeque where i first got to meet some of the Lovely PH Ladies.

Saturday we took the girls on Brisbane's Sky wheel. Brianna was shitting herself when she saw it LOL but we dragged her on then she ended up loving it. Then we went to southbank and the girls went swimming. The Saturday night was the PH Mass Meet, and what a fantastic night.

Sunday i was ment to catch up with a really old school friend but her little boy got sick so had to cancel to we went shopping instead and i spent way to much money but had lots of fun doing it LOL.

So had a fantastic weekend away.

Tomorrow the girls and I are off to Brisbane for a fun filled weekend. and the Friday we are going to go to Alma Park Zoo, Saturday we are heading to Southbank so the girls can go swimming and we are also going to go on the Big Wheel. Saturday night is Sheree's Birthday Party and I get to meet The PH girls so can't wait for that. And the rest of the time will be filled in somehow lol can always find something to do down there and the girls love seeing there Aunty Kimmy.

Finally got to take Emmy to the peadtritian the other day after almost 2years of constant coughing/shortness of breath etc I finlly got a GP to refer me to one and after 3months of waiting...........

It went brilliantly I told him everything about her coughing from when it started 2 years ago the shortness of breath how the antibiotics didn't help etc etc. and unlike our local doctors he actually listened to what i said. He checked her over and stuff. But anyway he says she has asthma tendicies and probably gets bronchlitis(?) as well which would be making it worse during the winter months. He also said he thinks it going to be a bad winter again for all the colds and flu, which will make it worse too. So he has put her on an Asthma action plan where she has her preventer and ventolin when needed she also has to take a tablet daily. And when it gets really bad she has to take somthing called Redipred mix as well. He also said when she gets sick and coughing again to ring his practice and they will squeeze her in that day so he can see what she is like, that is great considering it take months to get into him. Emmy liked him as well as was chatting away in no time and she is always really shy. I am so pleased with how it went and actually have someone agree that there is something wrong and doing something about it.

And Brianna lost another tooth. She was eating Breakfakfast this morning and burst in to tears Saying "I think i swallowed my tooth" the poor little darling. But later on we ended up finding it her bed she'd lost it in her sleep she was so relieved.

She has been a bit down the last couple of days. One of her best friends is having a birthday Party and everyone in her Grade has got an invitation to go to the party except for her. She has been really upset about it. So I asked Kelly if she could give her mum a call to find out about it.

Anyway better go hang out some washing hope you are all having a wonderful day.
